About the event

Everyone knows how we fought the British and won during the American Revolution.  But do you know what happened in Southold during the war?  Come join Amy Folk, Southold Town Historian, and learn what happened in Southold during the Revolution!  

Amy Folk is a 40+ year veteran of the history world. She is the Town of Southold Historian, as well as manager of collections for Oysterponds Historical Society and Southold Historical Museum.  Ms. Folk has co-authored five books on local history, and has written two others. She is past president of the Long Island Museum Association, Region Two co-chair, and is the 1st Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Association of Public Historians of New York State.
