Job Description:

  • Compose documents in MS Word, Excel, and occasionally PowerPoint, as needed by the Executive Director

  • Answer and transfer phone calls.

  • Welcome and direct visitors.

  • Assist Museum Shop customers; record sales.

  • Respond to select emails.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualified candidate should have:

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Willingness to multi-task

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently
